Shipping methods
Jolijoli.eu in association with “Biz Courier & Logistics” deliver your order throughout Europe and international, through our warehouses in Europe.
Delivery days and times throughout the network are Monday-Friday, 09.00 – 17.00 / 18.00 (depending on the local agency). Deliveries on weekends, holidays and outside working hours are not supported. However, some central courier depots in main cities operate on Saturdays. Therefore, a recipient can pick up their shipment.
We would like to clarify that inaccessible areas are considered the ones that are geographically far from main cities, with low volume of deliveries per day. As a consequence, deliveries are not made to these destinations every day (e.g., twice or three times a week) which results in longer delivery times. Please consult our customer support for details.
Changes in address data, etc., for shipments that are en route to the recipient, as well as calls prior to delivery by the couriers/drivers are not guaranteed, throughout the network, unless distinctly specified in the delivery protocol of the destination country. However, the recipients do receive sufficient information prior to the delivery and are given ample time to contact the LMP’s local office to obtain specific information or amend the delivery date/time/address of their shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. Jolijoli.eu is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond its control.

International shipping
Delivery protocol
1. 1-3 delivery attempts.
2. Email or sms notification for the delivery of the shipment.
3. Delivery note, in such cases where the shipment cannot be delivered.
Delivery time
The delivery time differs per country and is dependent on the delivery times of the local post offices. The average delivery time is 3 - 16 business days, depending on the destination.
